Overseer Not Working

Everything was working fine I don't know what happened, I couldn't start up MercuryTrade so I deleted everything in the %appdata% area for MercuryTrade it started up and it seem'ed to all work again, but when I went to Overseer to select the option when I click the one I want nothing happens what-so-ever and I don't know why. I don't know why this is happening, another thing if this helps is when I go-to MercuryTrade settings and "Check for Updates", it say's "Server is currently down, please try again later.", I tried redownloading it and everything I can't seem to get the Overseer to work anymore.

EDIT: It seem's after trying to restart MercuryTrade it is just stuck on loading now.
