[Feature Request]: enable time format setting between 24H and 12H formats

Feature Description

Currently on USA Amazon, the time format on item tiles are in 24 hours format. I would like to request a feature to enable users choosing between 24 hours and 12 hours format. Date format is matching my USA region setting (MM/DD). Definitely not a urgent request. Thanks!

That's in my plans somwhere, but first I need to make the date uniform everywhere. There are multiple date/time format at the time, scattered throughout the application and it needs to be centralized better. Then it will be a matter of adding an option to that one future time formatting function to put the times the way each user want.

Very low on my priority list tho, but it's there.
