Describe the bug

When Pumpkins grow the actual pumpkin block they ignore adjacent stems and grow over them, destroying them stem. Interestingly the farmland itself does not revert to dirt.

Steps to reproduce

Place underwater farmland, grow Pumpkin stems in a row, see where the pumpkin block spawns.

Expected behaviour

Grow to any free side, but not over adjacent stems.

this is unfortunately just alimitation of the aquafarming mod, suggest just giving them more space to grow apart until you can move to a cloche
