On small PV, is useless to spend the power for the grid, in Germany you got nothing for this. I have 2 small PV around every 1.1kW Peak . The one fill a Lifepo4 with now 5kWh, the other PV is only connect to the grid. Both have a distance of 50 meters, so wire with 24v is not a perfect idea. The best way for me is one IP22 charger and depends on the current feed change the setting of max current in the IP22. At this time, i can only switch ON/OFF the charger with a smart plug with fixed setting.
I can't tell whether it's easy or near impossible.

I wish to change the setting of maximal ampere of the ip22 victron ac charger from Home Assistant. It can be go down to 25% of maximum.
Even i search ways self, i must start on basic, like how i open a port to the charger. Will need a lot time for a old man.
I found this Web page https://communityarchive.victronenergy.com/questions/226131/bluesmart-ip22-charger-and-vedirect.html ,
maybe that have useful information in the python script?
