Mail → Blocked not working on iOS 18(.2?)

Is there a new URL scheme for that? Or is there one to get to Blocked from FaceTime, Phone, or Messages? They're all the same list, any of them would work

I think the multiple access paths might be a curse instead of a blessing. There might be a different URL structure such that it can be accessed from multiple paths. Does anyone know if there is another setting option that behaves in a similar manner such that the same page can be accessed from multiple paths?
