EarTrumpet loses programs when device disconect and is reconected. (for example bluetooth headphones) #977

Description

A clear and concise description of what the bug is

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have some programs on a device
  2. Disconnect the device
  3. Re-connect the device
  4. The programs will not show in EarTrumpet

Meta

  • EarTrumpet version: 2.1.9.0
  • Windows 10 version: 19042.1348

I have been experiencing this too.
Its really annoying when a earbud dies and then I have to wait like a minute or 2 for eartrumpet to realize oh wait I should allow this new sound device to work.

@CaptCaboose Note that relauching eartrumpet fixes the issue. This can be done by:

1a. Win + R taskkill /im eartrumpet.exe
OR
1b. Right click the EarTrumpet tile, and click the exit option
2. launch EarTrumpet again.
