A team may not want people to know who played what card, so this rule will alter the TURN phase to allow all players to simulataneously play cards and no one will know who played what (unless they say so).

This will also allow us to have quick iteration 'voting' capability. An example use case would be a StoryJam style of pointing story complexity.

There will be no "ON_DISPLAY" card concept in this rule set.
