VictoryLine interpolation="natural" yaxis overflow

Hi,

While working with VictoryLine I noticed that when my y values are 0 and the interpolation is set to natural, the line overflows. First I thought this was a react native issue but then I tried on the website examples and it also happens.

Remove the chart y axis here so you can see it overflowing:

There are several other issues like this when it comes to overflowing, specially with labels on all charts.
