Trouble Getting Set Up

My background is IT. I've managed BMS systems before, but never anything truely OT until I was brought on to manage risk for a manufacturing company. The company has some advanced OT networks and for nearly 3 years I have been managing something that I have never directly used. So I set out to find a VM that would let me play with PLCs and so forth, so I can get a better understanding of what I am doing. So thank you for putting this together, it seems like it will be immensely helpful!

However, I can't get it to start. I downloaded everything, imported the 6 OVAs, set up the networking, and started everything except the ScadaBR and then did the ScadaBR 10 minutes later. I logged into the workstation and tried to go to 182.168.95.10, but it can't reach the host. So I logged into the ChemicalPlant and tried to run the .simulation, but it says "Bind failed: Address already in use" I ran ifconfig and confirmed that the ChemicalPlant has IPs 192.168.95.10-14 assigned to it, and then I checked the workstation and it had 192.168.56.1 assigned. I don't know how it got that, so I manually changed it to 192.168.95.88 and restarted. But after the restart, it still won't see 192.168.95.10.

Then I went on the ChemicalPlant and ran "wget 192.168.95.10" and it downloaded an index file, so I am fairly confident that the problem is with the networking between the two VMs. But I don't know enough about how this whole set of VMs works together to be able to troubleshoot. Can anyone help?
