[Feature Request] /reconnect chat automatically

I've been facing a Twitch issue lately that my chat keeps silently disconnecting, and it only reconnects after I send a message, and sometimes not even then, regardless, other people's messages can't be seen either. This problem seems to affect many people.

FFZ already provides the /reconnect command, this suggested addon would detect when chat is disconnected, and it would /reconnect automatically, to keep chat connection downtime to a minimum.
