emote-side-panel add-on doesn't work in vods

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to send this, since the fzz maintainers may not also maintain the add-ons.
Nonetheless, emote-side-panel was a great idea, but it only seems to work in lives streams. would be nice in vods too.

smokey's utility also doesn't seem to pin messages in vods.

Chat on Videos is an entirely different set of internals, even if they look similar on the surface. Every feature that works on Chat on Videos has basically been implemented twice. Once for vods, once for live chat.

That's why you'll find most things not working, or not working correctly, on vod chat.
