v1.2.0: Editable sources, refresh on start and bug fixes

Changes

• Added editable sources, removing the need to delete and re-add sources (Allow editing of user/pass #72)
• Added an option to refresh all sources on start ([Feature Request] Option to Refresh Sources on Startup #88)
• Fixed bug where series and categories would be empty
• Fixed bug where a failed refresh would delete everything
• Fixed bug where an error message in setup was misaligned
• Improved xtream series to show episodes in order when provider did not order them ([Feature Request] Alwyes on top , show seasons #75 partially)
• Improved M3U parsing to allow non-standard M3Us to still be processed (Can't open m3u file #78, V1.00 was able to parse this #74)
