[Feature Request]: an option to always use 1080p resolution

sometimes when I lost internet connection it will switch to the lowest resolution automatically

yes I have set it to 1080p but it still switch back to 360p under bad internet connection, is there any thing I can do to keep the video loading instead of reducing resolution?
