[Feature Request]: Improve keyboard shortcuts

Problem Description

inconsistent keyboard control between Youtube and Freetube, and also on Macs

Proposed Solution

implement Youtube's shortcut keys:
https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7631406

ie. < and > for playback speed

Also documentation needs to be updated (https://docs.freetubeapp.io/usage/keyboard-shortcuts/)
indicate that K: play/pause

as for Previous or Next - Skips to the Previous / Next video in a playlist
My keyboard doesn't have "previous" or "next" keys. Is this for fancy keyboards with media controls?
If so, then there should be normal keys to do this.

Also,
SHIFT + ? - Show keyboard shortcuts
this doesn't do anything on my Mac

Command/Ctrl + 0 - Reset zoom level/UI scale
This doesn't work as it should on my Mac. Instead it seeks to 0% in the video.
