JAWS doesn't narrate HelpText prop for the Teams button in the taskbar

Precondition: Teams app running with some unread conversation

1. Navigate to the windows taskbar with Win+T
2. Navigate to the Teams app button inside the taskbar (left/right arrows)
3. Observe JAWS narration

Expected result

JAWS narration:
"Microsoft Teams - 1 running window button 9+ items, status unknown"

Actual result

JAWS narration:
"Microsoft Teams - 1 running window button"

Comment:
This Microsoft team button has in this case following prop HelpText with the value: 9+ items, status unknown set.
JAWS doesn't narrate the HelpText prop.
NVDA and Narrator, both narrate the HelpText prop.
