Bug Report: Unplugging headphones from headphone jack causes game to freeze

Found this out accidently, I un-plugged my headphones while playing, and the game proceeded to freeze. When you do it, the next note that goes to the note-hitting-thingymabob freezes the game, where the animations still play, and you can die and crap, but retrying does NOT fix the issue. Leaving the song does NOT fix the issue. The only way to fix this currently is to close the game then re-open it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Plug in your headphones to your headphone jack.
2. Open the game.
3. Select any level/song.
4. Anytime during the level/song, un-plug your headphones from the jack. If you've done it correctly, the game should freeze and the audio will stop working (A different bug.)
5. Voila.

How to fix.

1. Close the game.
2. Re-open the game.
3. Voila.
