  2. mouse over an something with a tooltip either on a window or nearby a window
  3. ????
  4. bug reproduced!

It's apparently a bug with HaxeUI-Flixel, I've made an issue upstream: haxeui/haxeui-flixel#61

Most easy way to solve it would be to downgrade to an older commit/version, but that introduces an other bug with the selection box.

I thought it'd be something like that, which is sad because that means we won't see this fixed for some time.

If Ian Harrigan can fix the issue on the upstream repo, we can apply the fix to Funkin' pretty quickly.
