버그 설명
첫번째 주간 리포트 이후의 주간 리포트가 생성되지 않음

문제 재현

아동 생성해서 주간리포트 생성
다음 주의 주간 리포트가 생성되지 않음

기대 동작
다음주로 넘어가면 자동으로 주간 리포트가 생성되어야 함
