6 geometries are "invalid" in RGI 7.0 #48

The documentation says there are no invalid geometries: https://www.glims.org/rgi_user_guide/04_revisions.html?highlight=polygon%20validity#quality-control-and-data-integrity

However, 6 geometries are invalid after the test: 3 in region 13, 1 in region 14, 15, 18.

I think that the problem is that I corrected the geometries before removing the overlapping areas (to be confirmed).

This should probably be fixed for 7.1 if possible.
