To Replicate: You have to finish the repeat unit first. It only needs one residue though.

  1. Add a residue
  2. Select a linkage
  3. Finish repeat unit
  4. Add and apply a derivative.
  5. At this point, Add Head and Add Tail remain disabled, but should become enabled.
