The Polybuilder is getting confused about how to deal with the new metadata. We are still identifying how. Do not assume this is the only issue.

How to see it easily:

  1. Add a glucose.
  2. Notice that it enters DGlcpb1-, and yet the Beta linkages are disabled. That is a contradiction.
