Fermi GRB localisations are often improved by triangulation from the IPN. Can we ingest these refined maps to narrow the GOTO search? Position notices/alerts don't seem to be available (double check).

Contains a table of corners and a link to a webpage like this: http://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB220528_T22370/IPN/ with a HEALPix map.
