update dcatus "spatial" field documentation on resources

User Story

In order to better communicate what we support on catalog, datagov wants to update the spatial documentation on resources with more examples of what we do and do not support.

Acceptance Criteria

[ACs should be clearly demoable/verifiable whenever possible. Try specifying them using BDD.]

• GIVEN the documentation for the "spatial" field for dcatus v1.1 on resources
  WHEN a list of all supported & unsupported spatial formats is created
  THEN the documentation will be updated to include those formats/examples
