The training dataset can no longer be downloaded using download_train.py, as there are numerous 404 errors because the images can no longer be downloaded from https://traffickcam.com.

Just pushed an update that should resolve this for traffickcam images -- we were moving some resources around and missed that this was broken, sorry about that!
