World Tour mode doesn't resume properly

I'm not familiar with the inner workings of Achievements, but I think the problem lies in there somewhere. Two times, I've started World Tour and made the first shot (North America), which then lights the Europe shot through the spinner. Each time after, I've drained the ball, and on the next ball I resumed World Tour. The mode starts with North America completed, but Europe is not flashing (neither are any other shots in the sequence). At this point it's impossible to complete the mode.

I managed to find a log of one of these times, and I trimmed out the game that is relevant. I suppose it's possible that it's an issue when multiple games are played, but that doesn't seem all that likely so I filtered out the noise. Either way, I put the full log in here, too.
