Move linter controls from structure field tags to comments.
Align behavior when variables defined with var and not assigned and when it is assigned.
Explicit/Implicit modes - when all structures treated as optional or not.
Excludion/Inclusion regexes.
Maybe? Add check that fields are assigned later, after invocation.
Maybe? Add configuration field that allows to set field/structure optionality by regexes, thus allowing to control 3rd party code.
