Should we move this project to the JAXtronomy organization instead, since it is more general than Galactic Dynamics?

I think that's a good move. We would need to:

change JAXtronomy Org permissions... currently everyone has write access.
do followup to change where links point to. Not a problem. Just gotta remember to do it!
