Genio settings: "Default" only the current settings page #460

The "Defaults" button in the Genio settings resets all settings. Is that really useful?
Chances are that a user only wants to reset the current page, like "General/Appearance" but keep the customized "Editor/Visuals".

The "Defaults" button could move to the bottom right of the window, indicating it's just for the current page.
The listview on the left could then go right down to the window border. Or, there could be an additional "Default all" button that does reset everything. Not sure that's completely useful though, and probably becoming even less so the more settings get added over time.

That makes sense, especially given the increasing number of settings
