A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The expression of Gaussian kernel function in the official GeoDa document may be incorrectly expressed, seeing http://geodacenter.github.io/workbook/4c_distance_functions/lab4c.html, that the first power index should not be 1/2 but -1/2.
