Divorce offline

Problem
How do you marriage divorce someone that is offline please? I am OP but can't find the command.

Even though you're op, there is a permission node to check to make sure you can actually do offline divorce. marry.offlinedivorce
then the command is normal, "/marry divorce "
Double check to make sure the permission has not been negated somehow.
also check for marry.admin, as the previously mentioned permission is a child of this one
