In order to accompany #9, I'd like to create an ItemBonus explorer that uses any available data within DB2s to populate a list of ItemBonuses in-game that one can substitute into ItemLinks to see what their deal is.

Would also be nice to find a good source of ItemBonus names and/or descriptions. I don't think Blizzard provides these anywhere though so if I can't find a source for them, I'm not gonna bother.
