Go-zh Docs下的Tour（Go语言之旅）链接导向问题 #4

在Go中文文档中，Go语言之旅的链接错误，正确的为 https://tour.go-zh.org/ 。在原版Tour跳转到中文版没有问题。

因为在源码找不到Docs的HTML，所以麻烦Owner把Tour的链接更新部署一下吧。不然应该好多人不知道为啥进不去，而且他们应该也懒得去原版发掘=-=
