GDKPd Board - Pending Auctions

Story

We need a place to show the pending auctions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Just use the same layout that we used for the Groupie Bulletin Board.

• Make sure that items can be Shift + Clicked into links in chat.

• Default sort to Tradable - with smallest time left at the top.

• Note there will be "BOEs" and items that have no trade timer.

• Needs a button to "Auction All Remaining Items" -- this is the "floor auction" -- selecting this will need to print out all the items left and start an auction. More on this in the Auctions ticket.

• Manual Adjustments are possible as well. This is for times when a raid leader has to pay for repair bots or fish feasts. Notes are mandatory, and adding a manual adjustment would show up in raid. Once added, it would show up in the "Completed Auctions" list.

(Ignore the "Quantity" for now. It's problematic.) We'll need to do something about the "floor" -- that's all the BoEs (most of the time those get turned into Dust), and random trash drops. For now we'll just list them out.

Legacy Screenshots

Gargul does a good job of listing out the items with a shrinking background bar.

I think we can just have something turn Red if there are under 10 minutes left.
