Story

Need a way to pay people at the end, based on the shares rules.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dropping "by mail" option, and just leaving it as in-person payouts.
  • When "payout mode" is running, it should automatically put the amount owed to each player when they open trade.
  • It should track when it pays someone and not trade them more than they are owed.
