Auto Decline Shouldn't Block Suggested Invites

When you turn on "auto-decline" and you're the lead of a group and someone makes a suggestion, it just silently rejects the person without showing you that they were suggested as an invite. This behavior shouldn't happen, auto-decline was only meant to work when you got spammed by invites, or requests to join. - Reported by a friend.

The game has changed... it's not like the first week where tanks got 30 invites a second, it's slower now. Likely all the auto-decline stuff can be ripped out.
