Remove "After Party" Feature

Meh, it was never done right. Never really finished and it got pushed out I would say by mistake.

The "Shared Friends List" is a mess.

If you wanted to keep this, it's good to have the "I added you!" message. People got a kick out of that.

But I'd change it so that it used the "real" friends list, and when that was full it would just disable the "After Part" feature, or show "Friends List Full" messages in place of the buttons.

It'd be cool to sync friends across your toons, but I think other add-ons do that... but maybe set it to use the real friends list and then make the real friends list sync across toons... dunno if that's worth the hassle.

But I will say people got a kick out of the act of saying, "Hey I added you to my friends" -- like more often than not, someone would say, "I'll add you too!" And that's the basis of making friends.
