TO LAUNCH UPON RESERVE REDEPLOYMENT AND GOVERNANCE VOTE!

Reinstate existing Ethereum swap when user is connected to Ethereum.

Add banner that says:
"Swap is enabled for the Ethereum network! You may now get GoodDollar using Eth."

Update FAQs
