[Bug] - Fluid Cells Can only hold 'gases', but not 'acids' nor 'cryogenics'

As it's written on the tin, Stainless Steel is missing the ability to hold cyrogenics and acids in it's cell variant, same case with issues with titanum and FeW cells

Expected Behavior

I can pick up the acids in the not the drum!

Actual Behavior

No Acid :(

hmm for me stainless steel drums say they can handle all 3 - I haven't tried that yet (I'm still using my gold drum for acids) - but that works in 1.6.4.

Ohh cells - yeah - these seem bugged :(
