Working function to retrieve untagged jets #429

We need a functionallity that retrieves all untagged jets from the collection for FCC-hh. I consulted with @bistapf and the functionality here: https://github.com/HEP-FCC/FCCAnalyses/blob/master/analyzers/dataframe/src/Analysis_FCChh.cc#L1004 is out of date. The functionallity needs to be able to remove both heavy flavor jets and light jets from the collection and return the rest of the jets.
