Clarify instructions for Task Based Approach

Task Based Approach - send task

1. step 1 says "select the Type (Document vs FHIR Resource)" but the options in the drop down are "Clinical Notes" and "Structured Data": this is confusing. the Structured Data option should say "Structured Data (FHIR Resources)" or the instructions should be modified to say "Structured Data"
2. Need to clarify that the Type select (document or structured data) will change the Request options - the instructions in step 2 are not clear "select document(s) and FHIR Resource from the upper half" - what is the "upper half"? Needs to be more clear
3. Step 3 says click preview, but there is no preview button
4. in step 4, Clicking Review takes user to another screen titled "Review data request [patient name]" - it's not very clear this is a task
5. Step 6 says you can change the endpoint to something else, but this should happen before clicking submit, needs to be moved up a step.
