Path in jobbergate yaml (under apps:path:) is allowed to be relative, but is then traced from the working directory, which could be anywhere.
It would be more useful if a relative path would be traced from the yaml file's location.

Related suggestion: allow specifying an absolute path in JOBBERGATE_PATH without a .yaml file.
So if no jobbergate.yaml file is found in the path, it's used for finding apps directly.
The .yaml would be optional, for when you want to specify parameters for all related apps.
