Latest Photos Widget does not match Photo Gallery page #3

I am checking out 'Photo Gallery' page and looking through the photos. However I noticed that the photos in the Photo Gallery page don't match the photos in the Latest Photos widget. There should be one area in the backend on WP that allows users to upload photos/draw photos from Facebook/Instagram account. I found this plugin and can fund it if it helps:
