Sometime midfight the addon autosnapshot with "Unable to make recommendation"

A similar problem occurs when there is a battle in AOE and I switch via TAB to different targets. After this breaks monk opener have to do /reload helps. https://pastebin.com/JHBKxZjR

In both of these cases, it looks like the most recent ability used was Tiger Palm but your Chi is at zero, so it has apparently decayed. Tiger Palm is blocked due to Mastery / Hit Combo, which leaves you in a very sad, very unchi situation.

I'll look at what I can do to help recover from this scenario.
