In https://github.com/Hekstra-Lab/room-of-requirement/blob/master/howto/move_between_tier3_tier1.md, we should also explain how to transfer directly from scratch to tier 3 by explaining in step 6 that one can also navigate to /n/holyscratch01/hekstra_lab/ and copy from there.

Also, it would be good to remind people to label their Globus jobs with a descriptive tag.
