Long time no see!

The principles are spreading among a11y advocates in Japan. So I'd like to start the Japanese translation with some colleagues in Japan. Is it okay for you? If okay, I'm gonna folk it and send a pull request once we are done with the translation.

I've got Japanese a11y advocates who will contribute to the translation for each section, 12 advocates including me. I'll let you know once we've done the translation.
