Adding font Webdings

In #75 I fixed the handling of the Microsoft Core fonts. Now I figured out, that one of the fonts is currently missing, this is Webdings (https://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/webdin32.exe). I understand, that this projects follows https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask-fonts, which is now in https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/tree/master/Casks/font. There, this font is missing as well. Therefore I wonder, if we can add it here or if I need to create a PR in https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/.
