Add a new tab to the object 3D View sidebar panel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have a few operators spread out in different places. This makes those actions pretty hard to discover:

• "Migrate Hubs components" in the "Object" toolbar menu.
• "View Last Hubs report" in the "Window" top bar menu
• There is a proposal for a navmesh generator (New operator that generates navmesh for selected objects #194) that adds another element the "Object" toolbar menu.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to consolidate all this actions in a Hubs tab in the 3D View sidebar panel:

Additional context
We should probably add some categories there to group those and future elements. Probably something to discuss as we implement this.
