When you go to Home -> Non Conform > Report non Coform , View Non Conform , Corrective Action
View Non Conform Forms and Corrective Acrion forms are not responsive ie

  • View Non Conform on Ipad screen size

We need to improve the responsivenedd of these phone on desktop , ipda , and phone screen sizes
