Changing language requires a refresh on test books page

Changing the language instantly switches the text the page- except on the Test books page. Here, most of the language changes on the fly, but the title of each test book and the description stay in the previous language. A page refresh fixes this, but this should not be necessary.

I can reproduce this and I know why it happens but the fix is a bit involved as the book data comes from a different source than the rest of the UI data.
