Handling of empty CSV values

If one of the columns used during the CoxPH contains empty values (is.na), the CoxPH algorithm will report NA as outcome.

Please include the config option to set complete_cases=TRUE. Using this approach, there will be still a CoxPH algorithm, although on a subset of the data.
Maybe a count of complete-cases would be useful as well during output.
